I always love wearing pleated midi skirts as they just make me feel so ladylike and feminine. This one caught my eye as it juxtaposes the classic full skirt with an edgier black / white streaked paint print. I created a look that’s typical for me by pairing it with this brightly colored fuchsia top and mixing in a bit of leopard print.
It took me awhile to get used to the idea of having a skirt hit me at mid-calf, but now I absolutely love it! I find that it almost gives the illusion of longer legs and I just love the proportion given that it’s also high-waisted.
And of course this look wouldn’t be complete without a fun hot pink lipstick to top it off! 🙂
Have a great week and thanks for stopping by!
