I seriously took these pictures in the two minutes I had before I had to make a fast dash out the door for the last day of the Texas Style Council Conference (TxSCC). You can tell that I’m such a rooftop photographer as I’m not used to having to deal with traffic. What’s this, a car?! HOW. DARE.YOU. 🙂
As for the conference, it was a wonderfully inspiring day of learning from other bloggers through a variety of different panels. It was so amazing to see bloggers who have been blogging for over 5 years and hear their tips on how to stay fresh and sometimes tough it out in the blog world. Even more so, it was also comforting to know that I wasn’t the only one without a media kit (yet!) and that I’m not the only one wondering what exactly went into a media kit in the first place! The conference was absolutely invigorating (even though I’m currently exhausted) and I am filled with so many new ideas I can’t wait to try out on my blog. For starters, I’m incorporating the “rule of thirds” with these pictures. Being off-center is actually kinda awesome.
