I’ve been loving burgundy and wine colors for this season. And while I am still on the hunt for a burgundy pencil skirt or a pair of burgundy pants to add to my wardrobe, for now I’ll have to make do with some burgundy tights.
For my outfit today, I wanted to incorporate some of the colors of the changing leaves. It’s finally getting to that point in the year when the leaves are turning colors and the streets are lined with leaves in orange, yellow, and red. And so to go with the burgundy tights, I added a simple taupe dress and dressed it up with a chunky orange/gold statement necklace and my tan suede pumps. The finished look ended up being comfortable, effortless, and perfect for Fall. 🙂
And now on to the Color Brigade. The winner of last week’s feature is Cee of To Brighten My Day rocking a camel, navy, and violet look. This is by far one of my favorites looks and I might have just picked up this felted wool skirt from J. Crew since they’re having a 25% off sale (code STAYWARM) + 8% rebate…
