Petite-Friendly Distressed Skinny Jeans

Finding perfect fitting jeans when you’re petite is always a challenge and distressed jeans are particularly difficult.  All too often do I try on distressed jeans where the rips end up falling on my shins!  I was particularly excited when Jean shared this pair of jeans and given that we’re both about 5′ tall, I decided to give it a shot as well.  

I could not have asked for a better fitting pair of jeans!  Because these jeans are meant to be cropped, the 25″ inseam actually hits me perfectly as a full-length jean.  And while on the model the distressed rips appear higher up on her thigh, on me it actually ends up being perfectly aligned on my knees!  The mid rise is also flattering on my post-baby bod and I don’t need to worry about any unintentionally exposed backside issues when bending over or sitting down either.

These jeans are currently 40% off during Nordstrom’s clearance sale right now at only $52.80 and it couldn’t have been a better buy!  Smaller sizes look like they’re sold out but check back as I’ve seen additional sizes pop back even in the last couple of days.
