My outfit was a bit boring today, so I decided to update with some exciting pregnancy news instead. I went in for my first prenatal visit and had my first sonogram!
And since it's a little hard to figure out what you're looking at, I did a little labeling...
At 9 weeks and 5 days, the baby is ~28mm (~1.1 inches). The picture really doesn't do the sonogram justice. The baby was actually moving quite a bit and we were able to see a little flickering heartbeat too.
Seeing these pictures definitely now made the pregnancy real. Now all that nausea and fatigue seems worth it. :)

Awww! Seeing the heartbeat flutter is amazing, isn't it? Makes the whole thing so real - I think I cried when I first saw each of my kiddos' heartbeats. Almost done with the 1st trimester!
I am soooooo excited (almost inappropriately excited for this baby...for someone who had no part in making it HAHA)
