A Fall Outfit Baby

Shorts: Express 2 1/2" Belted Shorts - 00 / free with gc (buy)

Our cold front came and went and we're back up to temps in the 70s! Since the weather here has been so fickle, I decided to create an outfit that was just as confused of a combination -- winterized on top but summer-ready on bottom. Does putting these two extremes together produce a fall outfit baby then?

I hope everyone had a great weekend! I'm off to bed early as I have a crazy busy week ahead of me and need all the sleep I can get.

And to all my friends in the Northeast, I hope you're staying warm and safe with the crazy snowstorm up there!

Kileen said... [Reply]: this top is super cute!! i think a lace camisole underneath would help add more coverage. as for how to create a day outfit out of it, i would pair it with a simple solid color skirt or fitted pants, just so the outfit doesn't look too busy.
