Another Scarf-Belt Creation

Blazer: H&M Orange Swing Jacket - 2 / $59.90 (similar) (orange blazer!)
Shirt: Banana Republic Layered Pleat Blouse (recent) - 0P / $33 (buy) (similar)
Belt: H&M Leaves Scarf (recent) - $13 (similar - only $9)

Skirt: LOFT White Pencil Skirt via eBay (slimmed) - 0P / $20 (similar)

Watch: Michael Kors "Small Runway" Rose Gold (MK5430) - $127 (buy)
Ring: Romwe Street Style Gem Ring - $15 (buy) (the real Arty)

Shoes: Marco Santi Dash Nude Pumps via Sole Society - 5 / $50 (so similar and lovely!)

Bag: Vieta Lucille Buckle Satchel (c/o TJMaxx) - $30 (very similar Aldo satchel!)
Hair: curled using Enzo Milano 25mm 3/4" Round (buy)

The gusty morning wind seriously did a number on my hair {can we see windblown?!} but I'm loving the cooler weather now! Still, even now that it finally feels more like Fall, I love the appeal of wearing lots of white. I broke all post-Labor day rules and paired a white top with a white skirt. Since the white colors weren't exactly the same though, I needed something to help transition between the two: scarf belt to the rescue!

I almost went obi style with my scarf belt like last week but all the bulk in the front wasn't really doing me any favors. And so I just doubled up the scarf on itself and tied it in the back with a simple knot. Gotta love simplicity when it works in my favor!

In real Fall fashion, I'm breaking out the green eyeshadow!
(using Fresh Faces Bossy Mossy eyeshadow)

And thank you so much for the well-wishes from yesterday. A day of rest was just what I needed and I'm ready to take on another weekend of wedding festivities {wedding #6 for the year, if you're keeping track!}.
