I experimented with a smokey, dramatic look today. I was looking through my Urban Decay Naked palette and realized I had never used the Gunmetal eyeshadow before. And so here it is. Is it just me or does the silvery color actually have a bit of blue in it... I guess it's just something else that you don't really notice until you're right up close to it!

Your eyes are stunning! I'm not much of a make-up girl (other than lipstick), but this makes me want to try out a silver-blue eyeshadow.
this eyeshadow looks even more amazing in person, if that's even possible. you definitely have to try it!
You look fantastic! I wish I felt that great up close!
What a cute little outfit :) Love the cuff too :)

Love the outfit. And I can't believe its from TJMaxx. I haven't been there in years because all the ones I've ever been to have been so unorganized, but this skirt is making me think differently about the store. Ooo, and I love the gunmetal smokey eye! It's so dramatic.
wow can you be more gorgeous!!i love your blue eyeshadows!!!

Love this look, it has a cute navy-feel to it! And your eyes look just amazing like this!
I love your polka dot top...too cute!
I absolutely adore this look! By far one of my favorite so far!
Wow, I don't think I've ever seen Elizabeth & James at my tj maxx. Nice find! It looks adorable.
I love TJ Maxx, it's hard to believe they have E & J, but if they have a Runway section, they have great designers. I have bought a Vince t-shirt and a pair of Current/Elliott boyfriend jeans there this summer!
Omg! I have wanted that chanel bag my whole life! You are so lucky to have it, love the silhouette of that skirt, looks so pretty on you, happy monday!

I love the dramatic smokey look on you! Gunmetal is a great smokey eye color - it's so much more wearable than black or grey. And you look great Kileen! I love all the blue in the outfit :)
Kileen! You've been inspiring me to try new shades of eyeshadow. I love the gunmetal smokey eye look. So pretty.

Totally loving your smokey eye today, Kileen. I have never tried it because of the shape of my eyes. They always look sunken in as opposed to smokey magical.
Also loving this outfit. I love your polka dots. Love the length of the skirt too. You have great legs!
I know you already did a belt tutorial, but I think I have a belt exactly like this, that I love but never wear because I don't know how to tie it.
Is there much of a difference between how you tied this on and your previous tutorial?
this belt is actually different from the belt in my belt tutorial. this belt doesn't have any holes in it but just slides into the buckle and is held in place just from friction (i guess?). i put a safety pin in there too (pinned from the back) just to make sure it wouldn't slide out. hope that helps!
yay!! you should join the Dallas Blogger network (see button on my blog right-hand sidebar). so great to meet more Dallas bloggers!
