Sadly the skirt is a bit big on me. Without the belt tightened, it hangs pretty far down on my hips. Ultimately it's the beautiful tomato red color and the soft silky fabric that has me keeping this skirt. While it's is definitely going into my pile of clothes to be tailored, I didn't want to wait 2 weeks for this skirt to be altered before I could wear it {my tailor/mom is out of town}.
Hopefully the skirt didn't end up looking like a sack on me once I had it belted {I have a case of the new clothes' goggles}. Let me know!

Lovely red color! That's more like a crimson red skirt (kind of like Oklahoma University or University of Alabama crimson colors). Yeah... crimson cuteness. Nice outfit!

Cute skirt! I don't think it appears to be too big, I think the belt did the trick :) I might need to find myself a red skirt soon if they expect us to wear red once a week again when I go back to work!

I just thrifted a red skirt and dropped it off yesterday to get it altered. I'm so excited now - it looks great on you and there are so many endless possibilities of how it can be styled.
you know what I like to do? play find the remote in your pics haha! love the red!
oh that's funny. maybe try putting some wax over the zipper? it's worked
for me in the past with stuck purse zippers! at least you can get it on
over your head though!

I have a very similar skirt in red from Forever 21 that I love. Only problem? The zipper is permanently stuck, so I have to put it on over my head haha. Love it in red though, super sleek!
