I'm on a roll with shopping my stash! I decided to bust out a super old eyeshadow quad from MAC's 2007 holiday collection. The quad is called Royal Assets: Smokey Eyes and it is definitely an underrated quad as it has some amazing color combinations. Here's a close-up of the colors:

Great FOTD! I'm always so jealous of the pictures you girls are able to take of your eyes! Maybe it's the lighting my house but my close up eye shots do not look AT ALL what I see in the mirror! (hmmm...ok maybe it's me then :P )

I actually realized that pictures completely wash out my eye makeup! I've had to really pack on the color to make it show up in pictures. Also, it really helps to have some natural sunlight wherever you're taking the pictures too. Lighting makes a huge difference.

@alison*elle I honestly hadn't used this palette in months too so I was happy that I was able to put it to use. I'll have to create some more looks with it. So many possibilities!!
